What we collect

E-mail, name / company you give us when subscribing — to identify you and contact you about your subscription
Password — stored only as a one-way hash (PBKDF2); we cannot read your password
The 6-digit code e-mailed when you register — kept up to 15 minutes (72 hours if we send it by hand), then deleted · sent through the Resend e-mail service
Trials already used — the e-mail and machine ID that had a trial, so it is once only
Support history — date, amount and the slip reference you send (no account numbers)
Machine ID — a hash of the Windows machine ID and user name, used to bind the licence to a PC; it cannot be turned back into machine details
Add-in version, last check-in date and subscription end date

What we do not collect

No model, drawing, project name or any of your files ever leaves your PC
NSMART AI runs on your PC (or an office server you set up) — not through us
Usage logs, behaviour reports and cases the add-in keeps stay on your PC only (%APPDATA%\NSMART)

Server contact

The add-in contacts the licence server (https) when you sign in and at least every 30 days to confirm the subscription. It sends only your e-mail, password (at sign-in only), machine ID and version. The server is hosted by Cloudflare.

Once a day the add-in reads latest.json from nsmarty.com to tell you about a new version — nothing about you is sent.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your account data at any time: support@nsmarty.com. When you cancel, we delete your account data within 30 days of your request, except what accounting / tax law requires us to keep.
