Licence and renewal policy

The licence, step by step
- Download — verify your e-mail with a 6-digit code on the website
- 14-day free trial — register in Revit with your e-mail + a 6-digit code
- Support — 350 THB / month / PC in Thailand ($10 from abroad)
- Reminder before the end — automatic e-mail
- Expiry — the add-in stops, your data stays, support again any time
1. Download and e-mail verification
- Downloads need an e-mail verified with a 6-digit code (valid 15 minutes, 5 tries).
- The download link works for 7 days in the browser that verified it.
- Use your own e-mail — it receives codes, licence reminders and receipts.
2. Trial
- 14 days with every feature, from the moment you confirm the code in Revit.
- One trial per e-mail and per PC (reinstalling Windows or the add-in does not restart it).
- No card, nothing charged when the trial ends.
- Creating several e-mails to trial again breaks the terms.
3. Support and periods
- 350 THB per PC per month in Thailand, $10 from abroad; several months in advance is fine.
- Counted in calendar months from the current end date (if not yet expired) or from the day we receive payment (if expired) — e.g. 31 Jan + 1 month = 28/29 Feb.
- Support during the trial and the remaining trial days are added on.
- After 12 supported months in total, the next 12 months are free, automatically, once per account.
- We extend within one business day of receiving the slip and e-mail a receipt.
4. PCs and offline use
- One licence works on one PC (the machine ID ties to Windows and the user name).
- Move to another PC for free twice a year by e-mailing support@nsmarty.com; more is case by case.
- Several PCs in one company: support per PC, on one account or separate ones.
- Works offline for 30 days after the last online check; the add-in checks by itself when online.
- PCs with no internet at all: ask for an offline key by e-mail.
5. Notifications

Automatic e-mails go out around 09:00 Thai time. We only send licence and service messages — no advertising, never shared.
6. When it expires
- The add-in's commands stop (except the guide and problem reports) — rebar already placed stays in your models and works in Revit as usual.
- Your settings on the PC stay; support again and carry on at once.
- Accounts are kept for 24 months after expiry, then deleted (payment records kept as the law requires).
7. Suspension and cancellation
- We may suspend an account that is shared, gives out keys or bypasses the licence check, as set out in the terms.
- You can stop and have your account deleted any time by e-mail; prepaid months follow the refund policy.
